WNC Mountain Sunrise Sticker

A WNC, or Western North Carolina, sticker inspired by the glorious sunrises across the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains that cover most of the western part of the state of North Carolina, including the city of Asheville and our home in Brevard. 

Famous for being one of the most beautiful wilderness areas in the United States, the distinctive blue that gives this range its name emanates from its mountain forests which release hydrocarbons into the atmosphere. At sunrise or sunset, molecules and small particles in the atmosphere change the direction of light rays, causing them to scatter and produce brilliant hues of yellow, orange, and red. 

Hand-drawn and digitally printed on matte waterproof vinyl, perfect for decorating a water bottle, laptop, car, and more. This design uses hand-drawn letters that compose the popular abbreviation for the area. These letters provide a frame for a minimal mountain scene highlighting the amiable and humble rolling peaks of this ancient mountain range in shades of purple, lilac, pink, peach, and pale orange.
