Who designs your products?

All of our products are hand-drawn by Kristen Necessary, the artist behind Starfangled Press.

How are your products printed?

Our original prints and t-shirts are hand-pulled in our Brevard, NC studio, using custom-mixed inks.

Our cards, stickers, and notepads are designed in-house and professionally flat-printed in the USA.

Are the cards blank inside?

Yes. All of our cards are blank inside because we believe the most meaningful part is what you write.

The design is just a prompt, a starting point for your own words, whether that’s heartfelt, funny, or somewhere in between.

Order + Shipping FAQs

Do you have a shop I can visit in person?

Yes! Our storefront and working studio are right in downtown Brevard, North Carolina at 36 W Jordan St.

Come by to shop in person, peek into the studio where the art is made, and discover work by 20+ regional printmakers (plus a few friends from around the country). We’ve also got a small but well-curated selection of art supplies for when inspiration strikes.

How long will it take to get my order?

In-stock items usually ship within 1-5 business days. If we need extra time for printing, we’ll reach out by email.

How do you ship?

All orders ship straight from our studio in Brevard, North Carolina. Depending on the size and destination, we use USPS or UPS to get your order to you safely. As soon as your package heads out the door, you’ll get an email with tracking info (unless you selected a shipping option that doesn’t include tracking).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders within the continental United States when you meet the order minimum. No codes, no fuss, just add to your cart and it’ll apply automatically.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Just note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, and we can’t control delays due to customs.

Return + Exchange FAQs

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or custom/personalized orders.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

 Email us at print@starfangledpress.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you on a replacement, exchange, or refund.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days. 

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, if you received a gift purchased directly from Starfangled Press, you may return it for store credit in the form of a gift card.
