This one’s for the folks who’ve said “chester drawers” their whole lives, having never met a “chest of drawers.” It’s a warm inside joke from Starfangled Press, a wink that says yep, me too, and reminds them they’re not alone. It’s an acknowledgement that these quirks of our dialect are worth preserving and celebrating - honoring where we come from with love, not shame. Send it to someone who’ll read it, laugh, and feel seen. Perfect for friends, cousins, or anyone you share a hometown history with.

About The Brand
About The Brand
Starfangled Press is a woman-owned studio based in Brevard, North Carolina, making playful, down-to-earth paper goods drawn with an Appalachian accent.
With a background in traditional printmaking, artist Kristen Necessary brings that same bold, layered style to all of her original hand-drawn illustrations, along with an offbeat sense of humor.
Her work is meant to be used and enjoyed every day, because art makes life better. She thinks small things like these really matter, and loves the funny, beautiful, and unexpected ways they can connect us to each other and the places we call home.
