There’s a dock that almost everyone around here remembers, with an old wooden gazebo on the water’s edge. It’s gone now, rebuilt without the gazebo that made it iconic. But it lives on in our collective memory. 

Inspired by the tranquil waters and lush surroundings of Fawn Lake in Dupont State Forest, this screenprint is a tribute to one of Western North Carolina’s most beloved spots for a refreshing swim after a hike or ride through the forest.

Materials + Packaging

Prints are sold unframed. 

Prints are individually packaged in a crystal clear, protective closure cello sleeve with a rigid 4ply backing board. Backing boards are pH neutral, made from 100% recycled fiber, and printed with a small Starfangled Press logo.

Each print is printed by hand at our studio in Brevard, NC.
